I am back from vacation. I was at the Flag Service Organization in Clearwater, Florida. It is a real experience to see a large Scientology organization. You see a level of competence, both individually and as an organization, that is rarely seen elsewhere. It is good to see an ideal scene, so you can compare that to your existing scene. You can then spot the discrepancies and change your existing organization to become more like an ideal organization.
One thing I noticed is that every staff member at Flag had a clear understanding of what their product is, and kept a record of how much product they were getting each week. I have gotten people in our NASA missions to organize by product, but I can work on this some more in order to get closer to Flag standards.
